Your images are yours. Photo Pro edits them locally on your Mac.

Photo Pro is published by Stackwares.

The desktop app

The current app does not collect or transmit your images, documents, editing history, personal information or usage analytics to the publisher. It has no account system, advertising or cross-app tracking.

Documents and local storage

Photo Pro reads files you select, open from Finder or drag into the editor. It writes documents and exports to locations you choose. Preferences, presets, recovery copies, window state, diagnostic logs and saved document permissions are stored locally in the app’s macOS container.

Saved permissions allow recently opened documents to be reopened after you quit. Removing the app’s container removes that local app data; your saved documents remain in their chosen locations.

Clipboard and screen color sampling

Clipboard access supports copy and paste. Screen color sampling starts when you request it and is subject to macOS permission. Captured pixels are processed locally for the color picker, are not transmitted or saved as screenshots, and are discarded after the operation.

This website

This website does not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers, account forms or document uploads. Its hosting service may process basic request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver pages and maintain security. Hosting privacy practices apply to that processing.

Purchases and external links

Apple handles App Store downloads and payments. See Apple’s privacy policy for its practices. If you open another website, that website’s privacy practices apply.

Support messages

If you choose to contact support, the information you send is used to address your request. The app does not automatically send files or diagnostic logs. Share only the information needed for your question. Your email provider’s privacy practices also apply.
